Refund policy

All sales made are considered final. We do not accept any refunds, returns or exchanges, unless the product is proved to be:

  • Defective;
  • Wrong product was sent to you, or;.
  • The product is tampered.

In such a case, defective, tampered or wrong products must be returned with their original packaging within 7 days from receipt of the item purchased and a refund is requested within 10 to 45 days upon purchase depends on the issuing bank of the credit card used.

Refunds can be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Our items sometimes may show minor imperfections, but we believe that these imperfections are what tell its story and make it even more beautiful.
