Shipping policy

In the UAE: We deliver all over UAE.

• Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.Orders received before 2pm will be delivered the next day. Orders made after 2pm shall be delivered in two days.

• Fees: All deliveries within the UAE with have a flat rate 25 AED.

 

International Shipping: We deliver internationally

• International Delivery – 3-5 Working Days

• The shipping charges/ fees are different for each country outside the UAE and will be applied at the checkout and will depend on the country and location.

• International courier rates are exclusive of duties, taxes, VAT, other non-routine customs brokerage charges.

• International Shipments: For Duty Delivery Unpaid (DDU) or Duty Delivery Paid (DDP), admin fees of 5% or AED 50 (whichever is higher) will be billed to the consignee.

To avoid any delivery delay please ensure that you have provided your full address along with your contact details.

Note: The multiple booking/orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to your monthly statement.
